Member-Priced tickets are ONLY for member's own family (i.e., upto two adults over 25 years, and children in the family who are under 25 years). For extended family, kindly purchase extended family membership or non-member tickets. Members buying any tickets beyond these provisions would need to pay the cost difference between Member-priced and Non-Member-priced tickets.

To avail the member pricing, your family needs to hold an active membership. If not, kindly renew or sign up for membership.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
All members of the party for whom tickets are being purchased through this transaction, on his/her/their own behalf and on behalf of any spouse, heirs, personal representative or assignees agree to hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify Indian Community of Needham (ICON) and their respective owners, coordinators, directors, officers, volunteers, ICON Organizing Committee, counselors and agents from any and all damages, claims, causes of action and liability.  All members for whom tickets are being purchased agree that attending this event is at his/her/their own risk.

USE OF PHOTOS/VIDEOS:

All members of the party for whom tickets are being purchased through this transaction agree to allow ICON to use photos and videos of them from the event for ICON website, documents and/or other marketing materials, at the discretion of ICON and its Board and/or Executive Committee.  For minor attendees, their parent(s) and/or guardian(s) provide this consent.  

ICON reserves the right to alter any aspect of the event at its sole discretion.
