Please join the Indian Community of Needham (ICON) in celebrating the festival of colors, universal brotherhood and friendship - all Needham residents and their friends are most welcome to the event. Registration is required, primarily to help with headcount for event organization. We will play a few traditional Indian games in the beginning, followed by playing Holi with colors, and dancing to the hit tunes. Colors will be provided. Also, enjoy the Indian snacks and tea etc. (available for a nominal price) while you meet and greet friends, making a memorable evening!

LIABILITY WAIVER
All members of the party for whom tickets are being purchased through this transaction, on his/her/their own behalf and on behalf of any spouse, heirs, personal representative or assignees agree to hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify Indian Community of Needham (ICON) and their respective owners, coordinators, directors, officers, volunteers, ICON Organizing Committee, counselors and agents from any and all damages, claims, causes of action and liability.  All members for whom tickets are being purchased agree that attending this event is at his/her/their own risk.

USE OF PHOTOS/VIDEOS:

All members of the party for whom tickets are being purchased through this transaction agree to allow ICON to use photos and videos of them from the event for ICON website, documents and/or other marketing materials, at the discretion of ICON and its Board and/or Executive Committee.  For minor attendees, their parent(s) and/or guardian(s) provide this consent.  

ICON reserves the right to alter any aspect of the event at its sole discretion
